- Full-time role: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm, term-time only
- Competitive weekly pay: Up to £560
- Start date: September 2025
- Support students in Key Stages 3 and 4 during Humanities lessons and small group interventions
- Work closely with subject teachers and pastoral teams to boost engagement and progress
- A 2:1 or above in a Humanities-based degree (History, Geography, RE, Politics, Sociology, etc.)
- Genuine passion for education and working with young people
- Previous experience supporting children or teenagers (paid or voluntary) is an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Gain valuable classroom experience in a welcoming and supportive environment
- Receive structured mentoring from experienced teachers
- Strong preparation for PGCE or other teacher training routes
- Opportunities to join in-house teacher training from September 2026
