Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Specialism: Individualised teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needsAbout the RoleAre you a qualified teacher looking to step away from the traditional classroom and into a role where your impact is immediate and personal? We're seeking SEN Teachers to work one-to-one with students who require a bespoke approach to learning. You'll be supporting learners with a range of additional needs-helping them build confidence, develop essential skills, and re-engage with education in a meaningful way.What You'll Be DoingDeliver tailored lessons in core subjects, adapted to each student's learning style and paceBuild strong, trusting relationships with students and their familiesCreate a calm, structured environment that supports both academic and emotional developmentEncourage independence, resilience, and a positive attitude toward learningPromote inclusive values and model positive behaviourWhat We're Looking ForQTS or equivalent ( PGCE)At least 2 years of teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience across Key Stages 1-4A background in supporting students with SEN, SEMH, or complex needsEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKA solid understanding of safeguarding and child protectionWhy Work with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing - Children's Services?We're not just another education provider.
