- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and systems in line with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and industry regulations.
- Lead internal and external audits, maintaining certification requirements and driving corrective actions.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement effective preventative measures.
- Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels to strengthen QHSE awareness and culture.
- Analyse performance metrics and report findings to the leadership team, recommending improvements.
- Act as the site’s QHSE champion, promoting best practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in a QHSE leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO management systems and auditing practices.
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification essential.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills with the ability to drive change across all levels.
