  • Assist Hospital Administrator in providing administrative support to the Hospital.
  • Responsible for creation, distribution and scanning of the monthly ward booklets, ensuring consistency and compliance across wards.
  • Ensure all wards have adequate paper forms (as needed) such as Observations forms.
  • Print and supply of admission packs for wards ensuring there is supply available out of hours and weekends.
  • Support Medical Secretaries in updating posters throughout their allocated wards, ensuring neatness and compliance.
  • Responsible for updating posters in all non-ward areas.
  • Support Hospital Administrator with completing patient satisfaction surveys.
