- Assist Hospital Administrator in providing administrative support to the Hospital.
- Responsible for creation, distribution and scanning of the monthly ward booklets, ensuring consistency and compliance across wards.
- Ensure all wards have adequate paper forms (as needed) such as Observations forms.
- Print and supply of admission packs for wards ensuring there is supply available out of hours and weekends.
- Support Medical Secretaries in updating posters throughout their allocated wards, ensuring neatness and compliance.
- Responsible for updating posters in all non-ward areas.
- Support Hospital Administrator with completing patient satisfaction surveys.
