Business Fleet Account AssistantAs our Business Fleet Account Assistant, you'll be the go-to person who keeps our operations running seamlessly. By managing day-to-day administration, you'll give our Lease & Business Development Manager (LBDM) more time to grow relationships and expand our customer base. Your mission: deliver seamless service for our TGB partners, brokers, and end-users - making every order and handover an example of excellence.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesTGB Lease Link AdministrationManage the TGB Lease Link system from order entry to deliveryEnsure SLAs are met and our reliability reputation is protectedCustomer & Broker LiaisonBe the first point of contact for Lease Link customers and brokersCoordinate vehicle deliveries and collectionsResolve queries quickly and professionallyOn-Site CoordinationMonitor progress on ordersArrange PDIs and accessory fitting/inspectionSupport transporters during vehicle arrivalsShowroom Handover ExperiencesServe as Toyota & Lexus Business ChampionDesign and deliver memorable handover experiences for fleet, KINTO, and localisation customersQuotation PreparationPrepare accurate, competitive quotations across all sales channels and funding optionsShort-Term Test DrivesOrganise and manage short-term test drivesEnsure vehicles are immaculate and ready on scheduleAdministrationHandle invoicing, registration approval, payment processing, and compliance tasksManage ad-hoc administrative duties to keep operations smoothCustomer CommunicationsBe the on-site business-hours contact for calls and emailsProvide prompt, professional responses to enhance customer satisfactionWhat We're Looking ForProven admin experience in the motor-trade or fleet sectorStrong organisational skills and a proactive, “get-it-done” approachExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with CRM/lease-management systems (TGB Lease Link a plus) and MS OfficeCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhy Join Us?This is your chance to develop specialist knowledge in a dynamic motor-trade environment.
