Role: Account Coordinator - French speaking marketLocation: London (weekly business trips to Paris)Contract: 6 monthsSalary: £25 p/hr / £4333 p/monthAs an Account Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for the company's French-speaking clients, demonstrating exceptional communication skills. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams including marketing, sales, and product development to deliver a seamless client experience and drive brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the cosmetics market, excellent organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and will be fluent in French and in English.Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of services and products to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and clients, highlighting project progress and insights based on client feedback.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the cosmetics industry, helping to inform clients' strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases, ensuring all information is accessible and organized.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management or coordination, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
  • The role requires weekly business trips to Paris
