Protocol Education is recruiting compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Redhill. This is a rewarding role where you’ll make a real impact every day, helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their potential.What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
- Helping to build a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
- Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour strategies, and pupil wellbeing
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or SEND needs
- A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in de-escalating challenging situations
- A flexible, team-oriented attitude
- PAYE pay of £90–£95 per day – weekly pay with no umbrella deductions
- Immediate start dates available this September
