Protocol Education is recruiting compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Redhill. This is a rewarding role where you’ll make a real impact every day, helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their potential.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Helping to build a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
  • Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour strategies, and pupil wellbeing
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or SEND needs
  • A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in de-escalating challenging situations
  • A flexible, team-oriented attitude
