- To hold a Level 5 or above in Business Management or equivalent
- To be an experienced and confident networker, natural ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience of delivering outcome focused employment services
- To be a skilled and high-performing leader
- A track record in delivering high quality services in a performance driven environment.
- Experience of working professionally or in a personal capacity with disabled people is desirable.
- 45p paid per mile tax-free
