💰 Salary: £90,000 – £110,000Are you a senior data scientist with a passion for healthcare innovation and a strong consulting background? We're looking for a Tech Lead – Data Science to lead transformative analytics and AI projects that improve outcomes for patients, clinicians, and communities.What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and delivery of high-quality analytics and AI solutions
- Mentor and grow a team of talented data scientists
- Collaborate with clinical, product, and engineering teams to solve complex healthcare challenges
- Set technical direction and ensure best practices in coding, quality assurance, and scalable model deployment
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful analytical solutions
- Proven experience leading data science teams and projects
- Strong client-facing skills, gained in a consulting environment, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modelling, and advanced analytics
- Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clinical and executive audiences
