- Active international practice
- 3-5+ years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law (M&A, private equity, ECM, JV, or group restructuring)
- Currently working in a recognised corporate practice, with strong technical and client-handling skills
- Commercially astute, responsive, and driven to deliver outstanding client service
