Pay Rate: £32 per hourAbout the Role:Liquid Personnel is recruiting a passionate Social Worker to join the Preparing for Adulthood Team in Rotherham, supporting young people as they transition into adult services. - Preparing for Adulthood (PFA) Social Worker
- Requires experience working with young adults in transition or leaving care
- Must have conducted focused reviews and managed direct payments
- Strong knowledge of Care Act assessments, MCA, and Best Interests decisions essential
- Familiarity with CHC checklists and 3 days per week in-borough (office/visits) mandatory
- Great rate of pay £33 per hour
- Flexible and hybrid working to support work-life balance

- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
