Contract: Permanent, full-time.Salary: £50,000- £65,000 per annum plus benefitsBenefits include:

- Compliance Assessments: Conduct structured site audits to ensure adherence to the Nuclear Site Licence (NSL), planning permissions, environmental consents, and lease obligations. Use findings to support performance improvements.
- Site Inspections: Carry out regular focused inspections of construction and operational activities; document findings, escalate issues, and support corrective actions.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Produce monthly dashboards highlighting key trends and improvement areas.
- Managerial Support: Work with managers to clarify compliance responsibilities and help refine practical, effective compliance arrangements.

- Compliance Documentation: Contribute to the creation of clear, robust compliance arrangements aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication with internal teams and external partners. Deliver targeted briefings to address compliance issues.
- Contractor Oversight: Review contractor plans and documentation to ensure alignment with compliance frameworks. Represent the compliance team in third-party evaluations.
