  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, content, and social.
  • Own demand generation activity and continuously optimise for performance and ROI.
  • Analyse campaign and funnel performance (MQL/SQL), providing actionable insights.
  • Work closely with sales to align marketing activity and support pipeline acceleration.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience across the digital journey.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Oversee budgets, ensuring efficient and impactful marketing spend.
  • Leverage customer insights and market research to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Manage third party relationships to support campaign delivery.
