DescriptionEarly Years Teacher - Islington Location: Islington, London Start Date: ASAP Full-Time Long-Term Opportunity Posted by: Veritas EducationVeritas Education is working in partnership with a thriving primary school in the heart of Islington to recruit a dedicated and experienced Early Years Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.We are seeking a qualified and passionate EYFS teacher who has a proven track record in early years education and is confident in delivering engaging, child-centred learning. This is not a role suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs); applicants must have QTS and a minimum of a years' UK classroom experience.The Role: * Full-time Early Years Class Teacher
  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the EYFS framework
  • Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
  • Collaborating with a strong EYFS team and school leadership
  • Maintaining a nurturing and safe learning environment
Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
  • Minimum 2 years' teaching experience in an Early Years setting (UK-based)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and development milestones
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A proactive, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
