Linn genuinely cares about our people and supporting their career development.An exciting new role has arisen in our Project Management team for a hands on team member to help ensure successful development and launch of our innovative new products.What’s involved:Reporting to the Project Management Team Leader, our Project Managers are responsible for cross functional projects from concept evaluation through development to full market acceptance. Most projects are new product introduction, focussed on pioneering technology and manufacturing processes, all designed and manufactured in house.Key to this role is the ability to deliver clear communication across all levels and functional areas of the business, drive progress and manage complex development plans. You would be the focal point of contact for any project related issues, therefore will need strong project leadership skills and the ability to encourage, support and motivate colleagues to achieve overall project success.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute multiple projects from concept to market acceptance.
  • Communicate proactively to ensure clarity of goals, activities and priorities.
  • Identify problems, create solutions, act on improvements.
  • Report and present progress of plans, budgets and resources.
  • Manage project closure and smooth handover to BAU teams
Skills Required:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle shifting and conflicting priorities
  • Knowledge of Project Management methods, full project lifecycle and project planning software
