- Schedule proactive and customer-appointed work for field technicians and repair teams.
- Liaise with customers, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure work meets quality and regulatory standards.
- Keep customers updated on job progress, setting clear expectations and providing solutions where needed.
- Manage and adjust workflows in real-time to respond to changing priorities.
- Identify and share opportunities to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Consistently meet service levels and contribute to team goals.
- Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to multi-task
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when working under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interpreting complex information and acting decisively.
