• Respond to direct referrals and make decisions regarding appropriate pathways and interventions for children and adults.
• Work collaboratively with South London and Maudsley Mental Health Trust, educational institutions, police forces, courts, and community organisations.
• Engage and assess the needs of children, adults, and families holistically using relevant frameworks and tools.
• Maintain records in compliance with statutory requirements, ensuring all data is handled securely and confidentially.

• Registered with Social Work England
• Strong understanding of legislation, statutory guidance, and national policy on children’s social care
• Experience in statutory children’s social work
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on a rota
• Must be able to travel across the borough independently
