We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.Female only due to the needs of the service.Roman Park is a 14 bedded residential service in Syston where we support adults with learning disabilities and autism.What we’ll give you:We will ensure you are rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:

  • 35 hours per week.
  • Shift patterns will include 8am-3pm, 7am to 2pm, 2pm to 9pm, 3pm-10pm, waking nights 8pm-8am. Sleep ins and weekend working required.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Enabling and supporting people to learn new skills towards living more independently.
  • Providing personal care.
  • Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
  • Shift patterns will include 8am-3pm, 7am to 2pm, 2pm to 9pm, 3pm-10pm, waking nights 8pm-8am. Sleep ins and weekend working required.
Who you are:
  • Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and autism is preferred but not essential.
  • You will be a dedicated, passionate, kind, and caring person.
  • You will be flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Female only due to the needs of the service.
