Private Sector Background PreferrediO Associates are working with a leading organisation in South Wales to recruit a Business Analyst with proven experience in Agile delivery and the banking domain. This is a hands on role where you'll work closely with cross functional teams to define clear user stories, support digital transformation initiatives and drive fast paced strategic change.Key Skills & Experience
- Strong Business Analysis experience within the banking/financial services sector
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Expertise in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
