- Launch and scale acquisition channels across paid social, CRM, partnerships
- Run rapid-fire growth experiments across the entire funnel — from awareness campaigns to onboarding flows, testing hypotheses weekly and doubling down on what works
- Build and optimise conversion funnels for our two-sided marketplace, understanding the unique dynamics demand (gym members)
- Drive referral growth by identifying opportunities for users to naturally share Brawn with their gym friends and training partners
- Implement ongoing conversion rate optimisation experiments to ensure gym members are booking their first sessions
- Analyse user data and cohort behaviour to identify growth levers, retention drivers, and expansion opportunities across our marketplace
- Partner with content creators to support landing page conversion, lead nurturing and email campaigns
- Collaborate with product, design and brand to ensure growth insights feed into product development and user experience improvements
- Scale successful initiatives from proof-of-concept to major growth drivers as we expand to hundreds of new gym locations
- 3-5+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably at consumer-facing startups with strong mobile app components
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition from thousands to tens of thousands of users per month
- Marketplace or two-sided platform experience — understanding the unique challenges of balancing supply and demand growth
- Data-driven experimentation mindset with experience running A/B tests, cohort analysis, and conversion rate optimisation
- Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms
- Creative problem-solving ability to identify unconventional growth opportunities inside a gym environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present growth insights and recommendations to leadership
- Startup mentality — comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats as we scale
- Passion for fitness and understanding of gym culture, personal training, and strength training communities
- Experience in fitness or health tech sectors
- Can demonstrate you’re a fast learner — the landscape is constantly evolving, and you should demonstrate a willingness to use the latest technologies to do your job better
- Basic content creation skill
- Background in lifecycle marketing and retention-focused growth initiatives
- Previous experience at Series A or earlier stage startups
- Based in the midlands or north-west of the UK
- Competitive salary of £50-60K pa, depending on experience
