Salary: (dependent on experience)We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming, high-achieving primary school in Milton Keynes from September 2025. This full-time, temporary-to-permanent position is ideal for either an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced EYFS practitioner.The school offers a warm, family-like atmosphere, modern classrooms, and a supportive environment that fosters both exceptional teaching and learning. With a strong focus on high standards and holistic development, it provides an inspiring educational experience for all pupils.About the Role:
  • Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Establish a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment that promotes exploration, independence, and curiosity.
  • Continuously observe and assess children’s progress, identifying individual learning needs and adapting strategies to support their development.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a strong sense of community and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Applications are welcome from both experienced Primary Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to grow within the role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently using your own initiative.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE – essential.
