
Operations Assistant

- Ensuring that all queries received in the Operations email inbox are triaged and escalated appropriately
- Uploading documents to Mercury (applicant tracking/CRM system)
- Monitoring timesheet submissions and chasing outstanding timesheets
- Processing invoices submitted by consultants
- Setting up new suppliers and verifying bank details
- Validating and processing referral fees
- Assisting with finance audits and queries
- Carrying out conflict checks
- Identifying improvements/efficiencies in the administration process and driving change
- Covering the Senior Operations Executive and other Operations Executives during periods of absence
- Ad hoc project tasks in line with business need
- Previous administration experience, ideally in a recruitment or legal setting
- Customer/client service experience
- Interest in legal services
- Excellent attention to detail
