Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading provider of industrial batteries and related products. Focusing predominantly on the material handling sector, they are looking to bring on a new field-based team leader to cover the North of England from the North West. With a competitive salary, company van and bonus on offer, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced battery technician, looking to step up into a team leader position.Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the team of field-based engineers across the North West of England
  • Servicing the company’s client base across the North West
  • Repairing and maintaining the company’s broad range of batteries used within the Material Handling industry
  • Reporting back to the Service Manager with regular updates
  • Representing the company in the right way on customer sites and always maintaining customer service
RequirementsThis role would suit an experienced battery engineer that has experience of running a team in the field. However, this isn’t essential, the company would also be interested in speaking with candidates that are battery engineers and are looking to step up into a team leader role or a candidate who has experience of running a team within a closely related industry. In terms of location, you will need to be based in the North West of England. It is also essential that you hold a full, clean driver’s license.Benefits
  • Competitive basic salary up to £35.8k (depending on experience)
  • Overtime paid at time ½ Monday to Saturday, double time on Sunday
  • Bonus opportunity up to £5k
