- Take ownership of the day-to-day management of Search and Shopping campaigns across Google and Bing, including campaign creation, bid and budget management, and daily performance reporting.
- Develop and deliver the strategy for Google Shopping, utilising an "always on" test and learn approach to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance, analysing data to deliver actionable reports and insights that highlight key trends and growth opportunities.
- Utilise a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring all activities are aligned with key business KPIs such as ROI, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and Cost Per Result (CPR).
- Manage and monitor Google Shopping feeds, proactively addressing product disapprovals and collaborating with other teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and developments in the PPC and performance marketing landscape.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a PPC or performance marketing role, bonus on managing Google Shopping campaigns for an e-commerce brand.
- Proven, hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center (GMC), and feed management tools.
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and the ability to process and analyse large data sets to make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent understanding of different attribution models and how they impact marketing strategies.
- A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a meticulous eye for detail and a strong desire to learn and develop.
- Super organised, with the ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple business verticals.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Desirable: Experience with SQL, Python, Adobe Omniture, or data visualisation tools is beneficial
