- Proven experience in servicing and calibrating high-precision measurement systems.
- Strong background in customer-facing technical support roles.
- Familiarity with installation and commissioning of complex equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and SAP for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage travel logistics.
- Technical qualifications in engineering or a related field are desirable.
- Install and commission new or relocated CMMs, Optical, and X-ray systems.
- Respond to machine breakdowns and provide remote support to customers.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Complete and upload calibration protocols, worksheets, and reports to Salesforce CRM.
- Manage spare parts ordering and returns in coordination with stores.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Support shift-based uptime requests and travel arrangements as needed.
