Contract: Full-Time, PermanentWe are working exclusively with a client on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estate Manager to lead the operations of a landmark, design-led Build-to-Rent (BTR) and mixed-use development in East London.This is a rare chance to join one of the capital's most striking schemes, combining high-end rental apartments, world-class amenities, and vibrant community spaces - all within an iconic architectural statement.The RoleThe Estate Manager will oversee the seamless running of the estate, ensuring residents, guests, and visitors enjoy a consistent, premium experience every day.You will be the operational lead for all on-site services, facilities, and compliance - managing the estate to the highest BTR and hospitality standards while fostering a strong sense of community.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Service DeliveryOversee daily operations, including concierge, security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance teams.Ensure all services meet premium BTR and hospitality standards.Maintain full compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and statutory regulations.Facilities & MaintenanceManage PPM schedules, ensuring swift and efficient resolution of reactive maintenance issues.Oversee contractor performance, procurement, and service level agreements.Resident & Guest ExperienceBuild positive relationships with residents, ensuring all queries and issues are handled promptly.Support the delivery of lifestyle, events, and community engagement initiatives in line with BTR best practice.Financial & AdministrativeAssist with budget planning, cost control, and invoice approvals.Maintain accurate reporting and operational records.Team LeadershipLead, motivate, and develop the on-site team to deliver 5-star service.Promote a positive, customer-first culture across all departments.About YouPrevious experience in BTR, high-end residential, or luxury mixed-use estate management.Strong facilities management knowledge and operational leadership skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.IOSH or NEBOSH certification desirable.Flexible and proactive approach, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.What's on OfferCompetitive salary and performance-related bonus.Comprehensive benefits package.A unique opportunity to manage one of London's most visually striking and prestigious BTR communities.
