With a capacity to accommodate up to 15 individuals, the service progresses patients from admission to living semi-independently in an on-site flat scheme, and ultimately to a residential setting upon discharge. The hospital is an open service with the ability to secure the premises to ensure the safety of the service users.The Role:As a Staff Nurse, you will be an integral part of a team that is committed to promoting recovery and independence. You will play a key role in helping individuals achieve their goals of community integration, enhanced daily living skills, and a deeper understanding of their mental health and associated risks.
