With a supportive clinical and administrative team, we take pride in working collaboratively to provide excellent primary care services within a welcoming environment.We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated qualified Nurse Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.The role is approximately 30 hours a week, and the guide salary starts from £15.Both the hours and salary are negotiable, and the salary will depend on experience.Main duties of the jobJob PurposeThe post holder will provide high-quality, patient-centred care, bridging the gap between Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses. They will deliver a range of clinical and non-clinical duties under the supervision of Registered Nurses and GPs, supporting the holistic care of patients within the practice.   • Foundation Degree in Nursing Associate.
  • Current NMC registration as a Nursing Associate.
  • Experience in delivering direct patient care.
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within own scope of practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT literacy, including the use of the Emis clinical system
Desirable
  • Previous experience in primary care or community settings.
  • Training in wound care, venepuncture, and ECGs.
