
Residential Conveyancer

- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchase, transfer of equity, shared ownership, remortgage, auction, right to buy, off plan/new build.
- Drafting, reviewing associated legal documentation
- Conducting property due diligence, title reviews and searches, and preparing reports on findings
- Liaising directly with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transaction progression
- Overseeing post-completion formalities including registrations, SDLT submissions, and file management
- Ensuring all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and professional compliance requirements are fully met
- At least two years' experience managing own caseload.
- Solid understanding of current legislation and practice
- Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong client care focus, with excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organisational skills
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice software
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy team and independently
