We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Trials Team Lead/Nurse in Charge to join our Research and Development Team at RCHT. This role is key to leading a dynamic team of research nurses and healthcare assistants in delivering and expanding a diverse portfolio of clinical trials with a specific commercial focus.The successful candidate will be NMC/HCPC registered and will have a strong and proven background in leadership with experience in managing and developing teams. You will have exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, as well as being adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Research skills are advantageous, but a passion for research and developing knowledge in this area are essential.If you are passionate about leading teams and driving clinical research forward, we want to hear from you.
