This role will be responsible for supporting the overview and management of projects, as well as performance and business analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analysis, and business intelligence.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Conduct performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of projects and business processes.
  • Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in project management and performance analysis within a contact centre environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
