- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Conduct performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of projects and business processes.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
- Proven experience in project management and performance analysis within a contact centre environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
