- Work on varied and high-volume tasks property and tenant focused tasks throughout the day, generated through customer/tenant queries and requests, property rental lifecycles, and planned and preventative property maintenance tasks
- Liaise on a daily basis with tenants and prospective tenants, ensuring excellent customer service at all times whether on the phone or over email.
- Liaise on a daily basis with external contractors and contracting companies to ensure work is carried out and booked in in a timely manner, and standard of service are upheld
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues reported by tenants.
- Assist in preparing welcome agreements, renewals, rent reviews and property vacation procedures.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and record keeping on the IT system
- Previous administrative and customer service experience is essential, with a background in property management or similar industry.
- Used to working in a team workflow environment - task-focused and able to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to come up with solutions and advise on actions
- Works well under pressure with high-volume tasks and frequent interruptions
- Strong communication skills, especially verbal - used to dealing with potentially difficult or vulnerable customers
