We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager to join our team at the Abbey Trading Estate, Newtownabbey!This is a full time, permanent position and requires the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekend.As a Floor Manager, you will support the Store Management team in the running of the store by leading and inspiring our team to deliver the best store standards for our customers.You will also:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service and store standards
  • Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  • Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
  • To operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
  • Have a strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI's
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!It is essential that applicants have the following:
  • Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
  • The ability to think on your feet and motivate others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong leadership and organisation skills
  • A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude
