ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end flow of stock, from warehouse delivery to stockroom management and onward distribution to the shopfloorEnsure accurate and timely reception of all deliveries, verifying stock integrity and resolving discrepancies as neededLead the replenishment process, maintaining optimal stock levels on the shopfloor in coordination with front-of-house and visual merchandising teamsMonitor and maintain stockroom standards, ensuring it is clean, organized, and operating in line with Lacoste best practicesSupport and collaborate with team members across departments, promoting a respectful and unified team environmentTake ownership of inventory counts and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal proceduresChampion operational efficiency to support sales performance and enhance the customer experienceRepresent the Lacoste brand with professionalism and pride, contributing to customer loyalty and the brand’s premium positioningProvide operational support to the sales team, helping to drive store performance and maintain visual excellence
QualificationsA successful candidate will have:Proven experience in a senior stock or inventory control role within a retail environmentStrong understanding of stockroom operations, supply chain logistics, and inventory systemsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyA proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving and process improvementAbility to lead by example, coach others, and support the development of junior stockroom staffA collaborative mindset and effective communication skills to work cross-functionally with store teamsCommitted to upholding Lacoste’s core values (Play by Daring, Play with Elegance, Play as One Team, Play with Tenacity)Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibilityPassion for delivering operational excellence and supporting overall store performance * Eligibility to work in the UK
