- Build and grow a strong pipeline of new business and customers across the South of England.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers and stakeholders within target clients and sectors.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
- Lead and grow the sales team, setting clear expectations and developing long-term client relationships.
- Exceed sales and new business targets, driving measurable results from your activity.
- 5+ years of direct experience selling multi-utility solutions.
- A proven track record of exceeding quotas and securing major new business wins.
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environments, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to present and explain ICP commercial arrangements at Director level.
- Ability to build deep client relationships across an organisation.
- Proven success influencing stakeholders and developing tailored solutions for regulated and non-regulated markets.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%+ to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Utility industry experience is essential.
