REG175625We are looking for a passionate and motivated Club Development Officer to support the sustainable growth of our student sports clubs, ensuring they are accessible, inclusive, and welcoming to all.In this role, you will collaborate with student club committees, coaches, and external partners to enhance the student sporting experience. A typical day may include:
- Providing training and guidance to student club leaders, equipping them with the skills to run their clubs effectively and inclusively.
- Developing partnerships with national governing bodies and community organisations to create more opportunities for students from all backgrounds.
- Supporting clubs in achieving financial sustainability, including securing funding and developing income-generating initiatives.
- Contributing to strategic projects that enhance student sport participation and remove barriers to involvement.
- You have experience working within a sports club environment, with an understanding of university sport structures.
- You have knowledge of how to create inclusive and accessible sports environments.
- You have experience working with sports coaches, governing bodies, or other sporting organisations.
- You have a collaborative and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
