
Interim Group Finance Manager

- Manage group-wide financial reporting, leading on consolidation and external reporting activity
- Ensuring preparation of half year and full year financial results are delivered on time with sign off by auditors and reporting to the FTSE markets
- Preparing results under IFRS standard
- Supporting on wider M&A activity for the organisation to ensure integration and financial due diligence engagements are robust and delivered on project plan
- Assisting with the wider application of IFRS and robust process and control across the wider group and business Divisions
- Ideally ACA or CA qualified from a big 4 accounting firm
- Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally 5 years
- Experience within a large matrix-structure and global organisation
- A listed business environment and experience with external reporting is hugely beneficial
- Experience in external reporting, group reporting and reconciliations.
