Salary: £25k – £28k DOE + Comms
Location – SK8We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales negotiator to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation. As a senior sales negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes for our clients and the company by managing complex negotiations and fostering long-term relationships. Lettings Experience would also be a strong advantage.Responsibilities
  • Good customer skills are essential
  • Develop negotiation strategies that align with organisational goals and client expectations.
  • Manage the sale progression of properties from offer stage through to Completion
  • Arrange and self generate market appraisals
  • Arrange viewings and obtain feedback. Accompany viewings when required
  • Generate mortgage referrals
  • Assist with Lettings and Management
  • Support with marketing and measure up of new instructions
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions that may impact negotiations.
Requirements
  • 1 Year Experience
  • Proven experience in a negotiation role, preferably at a senior level within a relevant industry.
  • Exceptional administrative skills with a keen eye for detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage complex tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating resilience in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Must have own car and full UK driving licence
