2025-08-21Full TimeTemporaryAssembly OperativeGi Group is looking for an Assembly Operative to work in Leamington Spa, CV34 Area.Morning shift: £12.54p/h - Over-time: £18.81.Increasing to £12.74p/h after 12 working weeks.Monday to Thursday - 06:00am - 14:45pm. Friday - 06:00 - 12.00 midday.Main Responsibilities:
  • Assemble hydraulic components.
  • Receive working instructions from Senior Operatives and work to standard operation.
  • Operate a range of tools such as air tools and drills.
  • Manually Assembling a range of parts to reach targets.
  • Maintaining product quality by detecting any deterioration in finish or appearance, informing the Senior Operative so remedial action may be taken.
Requirements:
  • Previous assembly operative experience will be required.
  • Ability to handle assembly parts in a range of sizes
  • Basic literacy to be able to read and understand technical instructions and drawings, Health and Safety information, workplace practices and policies.
