- Lead day-to-day retail operations, ensuring seamless execution across sales, customer service, and back-of-house functions.
- With support from the broader buying and merchandising team allocate and deliver a curated product assortment aligned with brand strategy and customer demand.
- Drive visual merchandising standards to create an inspiring and brand-right in-store experience.
- Manage supply chain and logistics for the store, including inventory flow, stockroom operations, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, maximize sales, and achieve store performance targets.
- Responsible for supporting additional stores in North America as we expand our portfolio.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing store team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer obsession.
- Partner with cross functional teams (merchandising, marketing, operations, finance, people) to align priorities and deliver business objectives.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, representing the store with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in retail management, preferably in sports/fashion/lifestyle/flagship store environments.
- Strong background in buying, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both front-of-house customer experience and back-of-house logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
