
Senior Billing Coordinator

- Supervise and manage day-to-day billing operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Review invoices for completeness and accuracy and generate complex billing clients regular reporting
- Act as a first point of escalation for complex or non-standard invoicing cases
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless billing processes.
- Develop and implement best practices to streamline billing procedures.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), client-specific billing instructions, and training materials
- Train and mentor Billing Coordinator staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and analyze billing reports and provide insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to billing and financial reporting.
- Provide supporting documentation for auditors
- Strong billing experience in a multi-client or multinational environment
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over invoice accuracy
- Interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage workload independently and act as a mentor to junior team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively face to face or in writing and able to adapt your communication style relevant to the level.
