About this roleI am recruiting for a strong Chef de Partie to work in a busy modern European restaurant in the City.You will be responsible for running various sections in the kitchen, preparing sustainable dishes with seasonal ingredients.Working predominantly daytimes to around 4.30pm (there may be the odd evening event), you will be contracted to a minimum of 38 hours , but working an average of 40 – 42 hours a week.(Salary is around £19 per hour will equate to £39500 – £41500 annual averaging 40 – 42 hours a week.)About YouYou should have experience to at least CDP level in a rosette restaurant or gastro pub, with stability and longevity in your previous rolesExperience in a busy brasserie or modern European / British restaurant will be ideal
