Learning Support Assistant – Leeds (LS10)Daily Rate: £90–£105/day | Start Date: ASAP | Contract: Long-term supply with potential permanent placementA specialist provision school in Leeds is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant.The school prides itself on its inclusive ethos and is seeking someone who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to ensuring all pupils are supported to achieve their potential.Your role will include:Supporting KS3 and KS4 pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and SEMHDelivering small group interventions and targeted learning activitiesHelping to adapt resources and provide personalised support in lessonsEncouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and engagement with learningWorking closely with SEN staff, subject teachers, and parentsWho we’re looking for:A candidate with at least 3 months’ UK school or childcare experienceStrong communication and teamwork skillsEnthusiasm, empathy, and a positive attitudeExperience with SEN (desirable but training can be provided)If you are passionate about inclusion and want to support pupils in accessing education, this could be the perfect role for you.Apply with your CV or call 0113 224 0232 for more information on our roles.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
