  • Locating and repairing mains water defects
  • Ensuring equipment and systems are fit for use, properly maintained, and fully operational
  • Carrying out risk assessments to ensure safe working practices
  • Maintaining strict compliance with Clancy Group health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Acting as a mentor and coach to less experienced colleagues, helping them develop their skills
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate...You have proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor, with a solid knowledge and understanding of the construction and water industry. You’ll bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.A full, clean driving licence is essential, and an NRSWA qualification is highly desirable. Experience in underground service detection using tools such as CAT and Genny, along with a strong awareness of health and safety practices, will be vital to success in this role.While a CSCS card (or equivalent) would be an advantage, we would also value experience operating plant such as diggers or excavators.
