We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior/HR Manager to join our UKI HR Regional Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.Working closely with our UKI Employee Relations Lead, we are looking for someone who is passionate above creating a positive and productive work environment which enables our employees to learn, grow and thrive in an AI-enabled future. You will have a proven track record of success in managing employee relations, including conducting investigations, hearings, appeals, grievance, disciplinary, performance and providing guidance to managementWe are going through a period of rapid growth and transformation both organically and through acquisition and this role will be required to lead on any TUPE consultation process and integration of new employees as required.The Senior/HR Manager will be responsible for providing first class HR service and support to our Managers and employees. Work closely with the HR Lead and wider HR team in a review of core processes and practices and drive for improved service delivery.
