- Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- A strong understanding of current social care legislation and best practice
- Experience in residential settings and developing person-centred care plans and risk assessments
- Confidence using IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
