We are looking for Service Advisor to join our Heating Services team at Certas Energy based in our Warrington office. This role is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.This role will require you to be responsible for processing & retaining customers by delivering an exceptional level of customer service. You will need to ensure that all administration processes are maintained and expected deadlines are achieved.Our Heating Services team offer complete boiler care packages to customers across the UK. By giving support to Routing and Engineers, you will ensure that service visits are scheduled and planned in advance to maximise the productivity of our engineers.As a Heating Services Advisor for Certas Energy you'll have access to:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration based role
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
  • Excellent communication skills
