An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE to join a high-performing real estate team in Glasgow. The role offers involvement in major development, investment and finance transactions across Scotland, with a broad client base that includes developers, investors, lenders and public sector bodies. Hybrid working is supported.Role Requirements:Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ post-qualified experience in commercial real estate
- Experience handling acquisitions, disposals and complex development projects
- Familiarity with commercial leasing, asset management and property finance
- Ability to manage transactions from start to finish
- Effective communicator with a client-focused approach
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and sectors
