A brand-new Project Manager opportunity has opened within a growing engineering business delivering bespoke, technically varied projects across the UK and beyond. It is here that you'll join a small, close-knit team delivering complex, visually impressive projects across fabrication, mechanical assembly, and technical installation. The role focuses on schedule ownership, team coordination, and keeping projects on track from drawing to delivery. With a relaxed culture, flexible hours, lunchtime finish Fridays, a hands-on team, and a salary of up to £40,000, this is a unique opportunity to grow in a varied and rewarding engineering setting.Project Manager responsibilities include -
  • Build and manage live project schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Coordinate between design, production, electrical, and installation teams.
  • Keep internal teams aligned through regular updates and planning sessions.
  • Support the Production Manager with day-to-day scheduling and task planning.
  • Handle technical documentation and ensure timely client submissions.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure deliverables stay on track.
Project Manager desirable experience -
  • Previous experience in Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or Scheduling roles.
  • Confident using Microsoft Project and Excel for tracking and updates.
  • Strong communicator who brings energy and structure to a small team.
  • Hands-on approach to planning and solving day-to-day delivery challenges.
  • Interest in bespoke mechanical engineering or creative manufacturing.
