
Theatre Administrator

- Collate, distribute, and manage theatre lists, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Maintain and update patient records in electronic systems, including clinical outcomes.
- Act as the first point of contact for theatre administration queries, escalating as needed.
- Coordinate with clinical teams and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Prepare reports, carry out post-op calls, and support month-end administrative tasks.
- Support ongoing improvements in theatre administration processes and service delivery.
- Experience in medical or healthcare administration, including scheduling and records management.
- Confident speaking on the phone
- A background in healthcare (desirable, not essential)
- Confident use of Office 365 and tech systems (training provided)
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player mentality with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities with calm and clarity
- An understanding of CQC standards (advantageous)
- Competitive Salary: £25,396 per annum, increasing to £26,200 after probation
